I seek to improve business processes and performance of a Life Sciences or Healthcare company through optimizing technology and bringing revenue-generating solutions to market.

I have accomplished this by successfully bringing patient-driven products to market; leveraging technology; and optimizing people and critical business processes. I am highly adept at translating complex technology into actionable, simple-to-understand terms that result in enhanced organizational effectiveness. A passionate thought leader offering insights on how Life Sciences and Healthcare companies can harness technology for rapid growth.

I want to use this blog to share my experience of creating sustainable growth for over 15 years. In that time I’ve worked in clinical development, software development, regulated manufacturing, process controls, and recently in information technology (IT) services and outsourcing. There is still more to learn when it comes to the use of social media tools, analytics, mobility and personalized medicine, just to name a few topics.

About the photo – in searching the web I can across this photo under the heading of ‘Nature and Technology.’ This picture is from a person who goes by the name of ‘svenwerk.’ He took this photo in February 2006. This was at an exhibit at the “Pinakothek der Modern” in Munich, Germany, and the person was just sitting in front of the exhibit. Great picture – it is all about timing and being in the right place. What it means to me is that the complexity of any problem can be viewed/solved by combining technologies. At least that is how I see it (you see the cropped version on each page)….. and it makes for a nice representation for my blog.

I hope you enjoy this and please feel free to comment on my site. I am always open to learning new things and your feedback is most welcome. Let me know if you have questions or topics that would be of interest to you.

Thanks,

Jim Sabogal
